One can easily sit back and read with his or her neck and shoulders supported. Pages are held open for you.

These Book Holders and Book Stand also allow you to write or type notes as you read, as pages are held open as you read in comfort.

You can also use this unit with the optional floor stand to read easily on an exercise bicycle, or when sitting in an armchair, desk chair, wheel chair or sofa .

Because the reader has his or her hands free, the reader is free to fidget with his hands and body. This ability instantly increases reading concentration for ADD/ADHD students. Typing notes as one reads further increases concentration, efficiency and creativity, instantly.

Finally, because on a desk or table the keyboard, laptop screen (or flat screen) and paper are all in-line, typing and editing can be done without turning ones head. This greatly reduces neck and shoulder pain and injury.
