The following seven movies, Speed 1-Speed 7, will show you many principles of reading silently with greater speed and comprehension and enjoyment. These movies will teach you many non-intuitive principles. You will be amazed at how much you learn about what powers you already possess, but did not know.

Read the accompanying text for each movie, then watch the movie.

These seven movies are specially designed to teach you new concepts, which you then apply to reading regular books. These are called transferrable skills.

This movie has no extra pause time after commas, and no extra pause at the end of sentences. It goes much faster than the previous movie. At this speed, whole sentences are often presented in a second or two.

This approach is a wonderful way to review text you have already read once, at a slower speed. It is also a quick way to pre-view a chapter, before reading it more slowly. This speed is also good for getting familiar with relating punctuation intervals and sentences to each other with less thinking time between these segments.

This speed will be too fast for many, unless they have practiced with the earlier videos in this series, or with our software.

Please note that with our software, each person instantly adjusts the speed and pausing of the text for his or her own needs and for the changing complexity of the text, and as fast and often as needs change. The speed of this movie can still go much higher.
